can't miss list: wnba redesign & picture-maker emily dove

First up on this week's can't miss list is the redesign of the WNBA. The fact that this league now has its own unique image can only help the sport; the league needs to come out of the shadows of the NBA. You can check out the full redesign at imprint mag.

Second is the fabulous illustrator Emily Dove. It may or may not be a fact that I really wish I could succeed as an Illustrator. I spend a lot of time practicing my drawing techniques, but nothing is quite good enough to be brought into daylight yet. In the meantime, I follow illustrators like Dove for inspiration. I just love her style. Without a doubt my favorite piece is the Peter Pan cover.
