Over the weekend I participated in the Glow Run 5k with one of my very best friends, Kate Everson. The race is a really relaxed 5k where a lot of people walk, which worked out really well for me since this was my first race. While I really loved the run, the colors at the race were really inspiring. Everyone wore glow in the dark clothing, glow sticks, and all sorts of other tidbits. I have a tendency to stay away from neon shades of colors, but after seeing everything Saturday night I really want to use them in a design in the near future.
