you can't miss: speedball pens & etch a sketch

As the smoke detectors go off outside my apartment I bring you the latest items on my you can't miss list.

First up is this awesome vintage manual about speedball pens found on imprint. When these types of pens were used to create hand lettering in the 1920's through 1940s, a manual was released once a year to explain how to use said pens.

Next is a poster commemorating the death of Andre Cassagnes, the inventor of the Etch a Sketch. Growing up I LOVED my etch a sketch, and I imagine many other kids remember theirs as well. This poster was created by Team Detroit, USA.
